I’m worried about making a mistake when on the job with a client. How do you guide and support workers?

  • You will receive thorough training when you begin including a 1-day induction programme
  • You may be assigned a dedicated ‘work buddy’ who joins you on first two client visits (should your participant’s support needs require extra guidance)
  • You will have a supportive team to guide you and support you
  • You can call a team of Support Facilitators immediately, if you need help
