Intensive, one-on-one case management for refugees and humanitarian entrants facing complex barriers to settling in.

 
 

Who this is for

Eligible refugee entrants (subclasses 200, 201, 203 and 204) and humanitarian entrants (subclass 202), plus holders of Temporary Protection (866, 785), Temporary Humanitarian Stay (449), Temporary Humanitarian Concern (786) and Safe Haven Enterprise (790) visas. Australian citizens and bridging visa holders aren’t eligible for this service.

What we offer

Up to six months of case management support, tailored to you. We can help if you’re struggling with:

  • Financial, physical or mental health pressures
  • Legal issues, housing and settlement
  • Domestic violence and child protection concerns
  • Youth welfare and education
  • Accessing mainstream services, social isolation and language barriers

We work with you to address the barriers you face, connect you to mainstream services, and build the skills and confidence to live independently and be part of your community.

How it works

  3. Your case manager works with you over up to six months
