How to get funding
Three simple steps to access a government-funded aged care service — and we can help with each one.
The three steps
- Access My Aged Care. Register at myagedcare.gov.au. If you need any help, call us on (02) 9621 6633 and we’ll assist you with the registration.
- Level of care assessment. The assessment team works out what level of care you need and sends you a copy of the outcome.
- Start your support services. Once you have your assessment, contact SydWest and our team will help you begin.
