In-home & Community Supports
Inclusive social events, life skills courses, and one-to-one support to help you live life your way and reach your goals.
Who this is for
This is for people with disability who want support to build confidence, increase independence, and take part in the community — in their own home, at our centre, or out and about. Whether you want to learn new skills, make new friends, or get ready for further education or employment, we work with you to make it happen, in age-appropriate ways and with a lot of fun along the way.
What we offer
We provide flexible support delivered in your home, at our Croydon centre, and in the community, including:
- One-to-one individual support, on weekdays and weekends, daytime or evening
- In-home care and support with daily activities
- Social and community access — outings, recreation, and group activities to make new friends
- Transport assistance to appointments, activities, and the services you need
- Life skills training to build independence and employment readiness

Can I get this?
Our supports align to the NDIS goal areas, including Choice and Control, Improved Daily Living, Home Living, Health and Wellbeing, Lifelong Learning, and Social and Community Participation. If you have NDIS funding for these supports, we can help. Contact us and we will talk through your options.
