What is Backswing?
Backswing is an 18-week, one-day-a-week program designed to support people living with anxiety, depression, or other disabilities from culturally diverse backgrounds. Our goal is simple: build confidence, develop essential skills, and connect participants with real employment opportunities.
For Participants
