NDIS supports

We support people with disability to live the life they want, focusing on their individual needs and goals.

As an approved NDIS provider, we can offer support coordination, in home and community supports and centre-based supports. We assist people of all ages, including children, and our services cover Western Sydney, the Inner West and other parts of Sydney and NSW.

Our team of highly skilled, qualified, and friendly support staff excel in helping participants achieve their NDIS goals. Our staff come from diverse backgrounds and language groups and many have lived experience of disability.

We are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for people from all backgrounds, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander people and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Support Coordination is a capacity building support which helps you to: Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals. Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services. Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports. We provide Support Coordination (Level 2) and Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) services.
