Rouse Hill

SydWest Multicultural Services Rouse Hill is an Aged Care and Disability Services hub located at the heart of Rouse Hill Town Centre where an NDIS Rostering team operates. We are greatly supported by The Hills Shire Council. Our office is a part of the Vinegar Hill Community Centre building, just a 3-minute walk from the new Rouse Hill metro station. Underground parking is available at the Community Centre building with disability accessible parking and an immediate lift access to the SydWest Multicultural Services ground floor office suite. Our Rouse Hill location hosted the SydWest AGM in 2018.

SydWest’s Aged Care Services aim to assist aged care clients of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to be able to live independently in the comfort of their own homes and community. We offer home care packages, social support groups, provide trained care workers who teach our aged care clients healthy, active living and many more to help improve daily life and well-being. We also provide Senior Kiosks, where seniors can utilise our computers and Wi-Fi to stay connected with friends and family all over the world. All our care workers are fully qualified, bilingual and bi-cultural, so you can be sure to receive assistance from someone who understands you and your culture.

Aside from Age Care Services, our Rouse Hill office is also a Disability Services hub, where we can provide you quality services under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme). SydWest is a registered NDIS Provider and we can assist you in obtaining the support and services you need – such as therapeutic support, assistance with personal activities, household tasks and support coordination. We match you to a care worker who speaks your language and has the appropriate qualifications and training to suit your requirements.
