At SydWest Multicultural Services, our clients and families are at the heart of everything we do.
We invite you to use the form on this page to give us your feedback, provide a compliment or make a complaint, so that we can continually improve our services.
All messages will be sent as an email to a SydWest Multicultural Services staff member who will reply to you as soon as possible. All messages are monitored during business hours only, Monday to Friday (9am-4.30pm).
We are committed to ensuring our clients and their families are encouraged and supported to make and resolve complaints about the organisation or service they receive and that this is done in a timely and efficient manner. All complaints will be attended to as a priority.
